I am a 25 year-old Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist based in Liverpool. I come from an international athletics background. Train at home, in the gym or outside. Male, female, children, elderly and special populations all catered for. Lose weight, tone up, get fit or bulk up. I analyse your diet and stress levels, do fitness assessments, do 1-1 sessions with you and design a training plan for when you are not with me. I will provide you with the motivation and encouragement to achieve your goals. I am one of the cheapest trainers around, call 07825260680 for a free consultation. Sessions are £20 an hour, discount for block bookings. I don't mind traveling, e.g. Wirral, Southport etc, once extra fuel money is negotiated. With the sports massage i charge £15 an hour for home visits, which involves massaging a particular area and post-massage stretches. If you have any lumps, stiffness/tightness, muscle soreness then give me a call on 07825260680. Again you will struggle to find better value anywhere else. I don't mind traveling, e.g. Wirral, Southport etc, once extra fuel money is negotiated.
