Air Conditioning Maintenance
Maintenance in a nut shell is a lot like a car service; you can pay a car mechanic a little now for a scheduled service, or pay them a lot later for a major repair. The primary objective of preventive maintenance is to reduce the likelihood, frequency and overall severity of any equipment failure. If scheduled maintenance in line with the manufacturer's requirements isn't performed on your equipment, you will find yourself with plant slowly being run into the ground. Preventive maintenance does not work like a crystal ball, however it does provide the ability to detect components that are becoming worn and forward plan accordingly. It is much more cost effective, and from a scheduling perspective far more efficient to book in pre-arranged remedial works than paying to address catastrophic equipment failures.
