I work with women to improve emotional, psychological and physical well-being - Using Psychological techniques in combination with hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming, which is a tried and tested successful behavioural management system. This very individualistic approach, can help you through emotional turmoil, trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, needle phobia and many other conditions associated with psyhcological well-being, health, chronic illness and pregnancy. I work from my private clinic as well as offering home visits to suit the transport needs of clients. Every session is tailored to the individual (hence no block packages), with an emphasis on the client needing to make as few appointments as possible! My aim is to empower the client with psychological tools with which they can self-help rather than needing to continually make more appointments and spend money on endless sessions.
