Workpond helps businesses access experienced professionals on a part-time, interim or consultancy basis. We understand that a growing number of professionals are looking for flexible employment, whilst many companies understand the benefits of employing higher quality skills for less time. Many of our clients are high growth innovative companies that offer candidates the opportunity for a long-term exciting career, where they are able to achieve a good work life balance. Our candidates tend to be senior professionals who have chosen to work on a consultancy or interim basis, enjoying the autonomy of self-employment; or on a part-time basis, if they have a family or external commitments.
