The Steadings Country House Hotel is situated on the B851, A9 to Fort Augustus road and stands inrural splendour in the heart of Strathnairn. The present hotel stands on the former site of The Flichity Inn which was destroyed by fire in 1962. The grouse and Trout Restaurant and lounge was opened in 1980 having been converted from the former Steadings of the Flichity Inn.Since then it has been developed into an extremely comfortable 3 star (Scottish Tourist Board rating ) and provides accommodation in 9 excellent rooms. The Grouse and Trout Restaurant caters for our guests and pre booked guests who are not resident in the hotel.Our menus are comprehensive and cater for all taste.
