The Talbot is a busy,friendly pub located in the high street of Welshpool. The Talbot caters for all ages and they are child friendly up until 8pm.The Talbot has a large beer garden and smoking area.An attractive games room keeps all the family amused,housing table football and pool.Life size sillouettes adorn the walls at The Talbot,so you can rub shoulders with the likes of Johnny Depp,Elvis Presley and Even Howard from the Halifax advert.The Talbot is a place not to be missed on a visit to Welshpool and hosts Mole and Shelly are always there to give you a warm welcome.We have live music on stage outside,in the summer months and are currently in the process of updating our games room for live music as well as "discos" and parties.
