Usually the back size is too large and the cup size is too small. Women often wear the wrong size, as they are not sure how the bra should look and feel. One style of bra can fit someone wonderfully and another so differently. Everyone is indiviual and there is a style and size out there for everyone. Different styles should be tried to find the most suitable one for you. GETTING THE RIGHT FIT All women should love their curves. Whatever size they are. If you don't, it could simply be because you're wearing the wrong bra - you wouldn't be alone. Experts believe 80% of women have on the wrong size bra - with a back size that is too big and a cup size that is too small. The result? Poorly supported breasts and an unflattering figure. And that's at the very least. The correct bra on the other hand can do wonders. As well as offering the right amount of support, it puts all of your curves back in the right places and can totally transform your figure, your silhouette and your confidence. And get you back to loving your body again. The only way to get an accurate measurement is to get fitted. It's not something you can successfully do yourself. Even if you've been fitted before, it's worth going back regularly - usually every 6 months. Weight changes and age can all affect your bust, so your bra size can fluctuate a lot more than you would think. By wearing the wrong bra size, it can cause many problems including: Neck ache Shoulder ache Back ache Skin irritation caused by straps digging in Irreversible damage to ligaments can cause breast pain and sagging Wires can stick into the breast tissue, causing unnecessary pressure and discomfort By wearing the right size bra it will: Be comfortable Be supportive Lift the bust revealing the waist to give a slimmer appearance Fill the woman with confidence Create a better posture and a smooth silhouette under clothing Bra Fitting guide The hook and eye should be fastened securely but comfortably on the last setting. However you fasten your bra, at the back or fastened at the front and moved round to the back, you should always bend forward and make sure the wires are positioned under the bust. You should then stand upright and move the breast from the underarm if necessary so that it is inside the wire. Part the bust at the center to make sure the center front of the bra is sitting correctly between the bust. The straps should be adjusted so that they are firm, but not too tight Most of the support should come from the cups, under band and wings of the bra rather than the straps. The straps should be secure and should not dig in. If the correct band size and cup size is worn there should not be too much pressure from the straps and they should be comfortable. A bra will lose its support over time due to extensive washing and wearing. So it is important to replace them when they are no longer supporting the breasts adequately. The length of the bra depends on how you wash it and how often it is worn. By hand washing your bras, increases the life of the bra. If one breast is bigger than the other It is very common for a woman to have one breast bigger than the other. Sometimes there is only a slight difference, but sometimes there is a cup size difference. It is important to fit the bigger breast so that it is encased by the wire. The straps can be adjusted to achieve the best fit. Once you have found your bra siz
