Edge Personnel was founded in January 2010, the beginning of a new decade and new outlook on the recruitment industry.Although the company is new, the team behind it has a vast amount of experience both within recruitment and within the industry we cater for. Our philosophy is, and always has, to become a part of your 'team', whilst being honest and having the skills to deliver on our promises. In the past recruitment has often been seen as an expensive way to recruit new staff, which is something we aim to dispel with flat fee prices for permanent placements and highly competitive rates for trained temporary workers.Taking Independent recruitment back to way it used to be.
