Video Inventories provide irrefutable evidence as to the condition of a property and its contents, removing virtually all scope for dispute.TVIA is the official inventory supplier for the Residential Landlords Association.I am a fully trained and accredited inventory agent offering a reliable professional cost effective service. Our proprietary centralised system means all inventories are produced to a consistently high standard. Video provides much higher standard of evidence than written or photographic inventories. In fact, a typical video inventory will comprise the equivalent of 20,000 photographs.I comply with all best practice guidelines and offer an independent service providing better compliance with the TDPS legislation.
