I also offer training in communication skills and working with child abuse. I am a fully qualified CBT psychotherapist and a member of the BACP. I currently offer groupwork in depression, panic attacks, self harming and anxiety. I do individual or group work in the workplace to improve employee attendance and reduce employee turnover. I trained in both individual and group supervision at the University of Bristol.
