TAROT MEDITATION GROUP

The Group includes a range of meditation/visualisation/journeying exercises using the Tarot as its basis. These have many and varied themes, whether by journeying into and experiencing one card, working with its energy in a different way, meditation on one aspect or 'meaning' of a card, and much more.
This is an aspect of the Tarot it is not possible to explore during our Tarot Courses. Meditation work with the Tarot opens up the inner, energetic world of the Cards to you and allows you to gain deeper, more personal and powerful insights into the cards in a way that nothing else can. All meditations will be personally guided, and feedback and discussion afterwards will be encouraged, though not compulsory.
No previous knowledge or experience of the Tarot, or of meditation, is required for you to attend and benefit from this Group
MONTHLY MEDITATION
4th Tuesday, 7.30 - 10pm, £7.50.
This Group is a place to learn, experience, practice and progress with Meditation. You do not need to have any previous experience of Meditation to attend this Group.
The Group will use all types of Meditation, including guided meditation, breathing techniques, visualisation, silent meditation, meditation with music, mantras and chanting, meditation on specific subjects and much more. Meditation is entirely beneficial and supportive of our physical health, reduces stress, calms emotional tension and anxiety, aids the mind and promotes spiritual awareness and development. It is the single most positive thing you can do for yourself in life, on any and every level. If you don't know why this is, come along and find out. If you do, come and get more of it!
MOON MEDITATIONS
We meet at each New and Full Moon for an evening of meditation, attunement and healing in Poole, Dorset.
Our evening begins with a short 'centering' meditation, after which we look at the energies of the Moon at that time and its effect upon us. We then each choose an Oracle card, from a different deck each time,
for some input and guidance from the inner realms. We are then led through a Guided meditation, which ties in with the energies of the Moon. This is conducted by Steve's Spirit Guide. On completion of this we
then create a 'Healing Ring' for the Earth and for anyone in need of healing at that time. After this we relax with a drink and social time.
Dates are set by the New and Full Moon, as close as is possible.
Meetings are from 7.30 - 9.30pm and cost is just £5.

The Course is suitable for those wishing to become professional Tarot Therapists with a view to beginning or developing their own Consultation practice. ENERGY MEDITATION GROUP

Most of us are aware of the various things we need to do to maintain health in our selves and lives - good diet, exercise, fresh air, adequate rest and so on. Yet how many of us do what is needed to maintain and improve our health at the energetic level? This 'energy level' is causal to our everyday self, life and experience. This means that how we are in our energetic self, determines and creates the reality we experience.
As beings of 'Body, Mind and Spirit', underpinning and holding all this together is our 'Energy Body'. This comprises of the Meridians, Chakras and Aura.
By maintaining, exercising and cleansing our energy body, we can create the necessary template to transform ourselves from within, at all levels of our existence.
This Group exists to give you the tools to achieve this. By following a series of meditative techniques and practices focusing on our energy bodies, you can achieve a state of health and well-being previously undiscovered.
This kind of energy body maintenance and improvement is essential to our
sense of wholeness and development at every level of our being -
physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

KUNDALINI MEDITATION

This Group is for those who have some experience of Meditation and are able to hold a meditative state effectively for a period of time. It is preferable to have some knowledge and experience of energy work.
Kundalini Meditation is a powerful method of energy raising, creating an accelerated spiritual development, heightened awareness and understanding of the self, and many more personal and spiritual benefits.
It is vital that this technique is practiced safely, so progress is made slowly, carefully and steadily. Guidance and support is given throughout.
Use is made of Isochronic Beats, to establish and enhance the trance state used in our Kundalini Meditation.

This course offers training in what we call ‘Universal Soul Healing’. This is a unique blend of three Healing modalities: Progressive Healing, Soul Healing and Reiki.
