Smiths Mechanical Services carry out a wide variety of light and heavy commercial vehicle repairs and servicing. Because we are not tied down to a main dealer, we are able to service and repair a wide spectrum of makes including Scania, Iveco, Leyalnd Daf, Mercedes, and Man to name but a few. We can supply and fit main dealer parts and lubricants if requested. All heavy commercial vehicles and trailers require periodic inspections by law. We will input your vehicle/fleet number and plan the servicing for you. You will receive a courtesy call well in advance in order for you to arrange a service date accordingly. You are then issued with a service/defect sheet for your records. We offer you the choice to either carry out the repairs yourself or we are happy to rectify the defects in house. This service extends into the preparation, service of MOT's all of which we can pre book the test date, take and present on your behalf.
