Here and Far is an ethical independent gift shop based in Tavistock, West Devon. We stock a range of beautiful handcrafted fair trade gifts for the home, from wall hooks and windchimes, to coasters and clocks, as well as ethical fashion accessories. Our main products are fair trade gifts, supporting small businesses and individual producers from around the world. We also stock a growing range of locally-produced gifts and homewares, helping to support craftspeople in the UK. All our suppliers are long-established fairtrade businesses and either members of the World Fair Trade Organisation or similar fairtrade regulators. Many of their products are produced from recycled or natural materials with an eye on sustainability and environmental impact. Traditional techniques, from wood carving and metal working, to embroidery and felt making, are also being preserved with the encouragement of these fair trade associations.
