We aim to offer scale-able Business IT Support to meet the needs of small to medium size businesses. We achieve this by offering a per computer monthly support plan. As part of support, we have a York based IT Help Desk to provide day to day computer issues. All the machines on support run a piece of our software that actively maintains the computers to increase efficiency and life span. This same piece of software allows us to monitor things such as Anti-Virus and Backups which are so important to businesses big and small but often gets ignored. We are Microsoft Partners so can offer Microsoft Products such as Office 365. Not only do we provide this but we are there to set it up properly and help you administer the products. All put together we are simply aiming to be your IT Department, a one stop place for all your IT requirements and help.
