Pain is often one of the first symptoms to go. However, this does not necessarily mean that you are subluxation free as only a small portion of a nerve is dedicated to the sensation of pain. Once the spine is adjusted to the point of pain relief or reduction and on the path to correction, we introduce the use of spinal rehabilitation to strengthen the core muscles and therefore strengthen and stabilise the spine. Continuing in this way it is possible to minimise and prevent further subluxations.
