Kings Moat Garden Village is the latest example of Redrow’s innovative garden village concept. Our garden villages are sustainable, green environments, self-contained with their own shops, schools and social centres. Part of the new Kings Moat Garden Village, Roman Green delivers a range of sought after 3-4 bedroom family homes in Chester, within easy reach of outstanding state and private schools, unrivalled shopping and culture, and convenient road and rail connections. Perfectly located just 2 miles to the south of the city centre, opposite Chester Business Park, the new garden village will enjoy a host of brand new facilities, including a primary school, a village centre and a health centre, along with shops and a family pub/restaurant.
