Wild and exotic meats, including game meats, are increasingly to be found in our restaurants and on our BBQs. As our society becomes more and more multi-cultural and well travelled, so do our taste buds! We here at Baobab Foods are specialist suppliers of wild and exotic meats to the catering sector, to restaurants and pubs, to wholesale suppliers and to the individual at home looking for a tastier and healthier alternative to supermarket meats.
