CTMFS (Community Trade Mark Filing Support) is a privately owned limited company CTMFS provides a service for UK proposed/registered Trade Mark holders to have their UK mark used as a basis to file a Community Trade Mark Application, which if accepted, offers a more comprehensive level of IP Protection On payment of the specified application preparation fee, CTMFS will prepare a Community Trade Mark application on behalf of the Customer, using the existing UK proposed/registered mark of the Customer as a basis In the unfortunate event that you do find yourself in the minority with an opposed Application, CTMFS cannot represent you before OHIM, but can recommend a Trade Mark Attorney if required
