Specialist IT Recruitment Agency in Central Reading
From our offices based in the heart of Reading in the Thames Valley at Profectus Recruitment we believe delivery and experience is key with the directors having worked for more than 20 years within the recruitment industry. We have an extensive background in working with clients ranging from SME's and charities through to FTSE100 giants, so understand not every client's needs are the same. We are strong believers of taking the time at the beginning of the process to really understand not just the type of person our clients are looking for but the time constraints and internal processes they face as well. In our experience this allows us to perform more consistently and manages our client and candidates expectations far more efficiently. In summary, if you engage Profectus as a candidate or a client you are speaking to someone with experience of what you require and the proven ability to deliver.Software & Web Development, Smartphone Development, Web Design, IT Infrastructure, IT Support, Data Warehousing, Data Analysts, Project & Programme Management, Business Analysts, Planners, ERP & CRM.
