A Scottish Home Report is a pack about the condition and value of a property. It is mandatory to provide one if you are selling your home. It contains 3 sections 1. Energy Performance Certificate 2. Single Survey 3. Property Questionnaire Our RICS regulated Chartered Surveyors are specifically trained to prepare Home Reports and will have a draft copy sent to you within 2 working days of the survey.
