Full product design and development service plus low volume or prototype manufacture.  Solid modelling CAD backed up by kinematics analysis for dynamic assemblies and FE for stress analysis.Prototype manufacture using in-house CNC capability and external services as required.  Prototype test and development through to production ready.  We have a range of electric, pneumatic or hydraulic test facilities plus full inspection including CMM.Reverse engineering using manual, CMM or external 3D scanning methods.  Translation of legacy data into solid CAD models.
