We are a business orientated consultancy, with almost 30 years' experience of providing effective solutions for businesses large and small, across industry sectors. We believe in offering the support our clients need, so they can concentrate on running their businesses. Crownford began life as a consultancy, which specialised in offering support in Health & Safety and Human Resources for businesses across South Wales. It was founded in 1989 by our current Managing Director, Brad Williams as a sole trader. As the 1990s progressed and the new century approached, we evolved with the fast changing business world, by adapting to meet the latest demands faced by our clients. We gained new areas of expertise, allowing us to expand the level of service we could offer to meet the demand. The business grew to provide services in other areas during the 1990s, which included an insurance division and a claims management business. However, at the beginning of the century, those businesses were sold off and Crownford became a limited company. With our attention now fully on benefitting the clients of Crownford Consulting, we confidently entered the new century. We soon recognised the need for providing training for our clients, many of whom have been with us since our inception and whose success ran alongside our own. In 2003 we started to offer training for our clients, which neatly complemented the consulting business. Towards the end of the last decade, we began to develop software for our clients which offered methods by which they could more effectively manage their HR departments. Business Comply has evolved through regular development and is an important part of bringing efficiency to our clients' businesses. We continue to remain adaptable to change, never remaining static or allowing ourselves to become complacent. We continue to meet the needs of our clients throughout the UK and abroad and are proud to be contributing to our clients' successes.
