Mortgage and Protection Advice
A first appointment, either face to face or over the telephone, to discuss your financial requirements and to confirm you wish to engage my services is provided without charge. At this stage I may provide basic advice regarding your mortgage or protection requirements which again, is done without charge. MortgagesFor mortgage advice and arrangement (which excludes mortgage deals only available directly from lenders) I charge a total fee of £395. £95 of this is payable on application with the remainder payable on completion of your mortgage. I can normally include this into the mortgage amount if you wish, however please note that if you wish to do this then interest may be payable on this amount. Protection Advice For protection advice and arrangement I do not charge a fee. Full details of all fees payable will be provided in writing from the outset.
