We are a residential letting agents who do not charge agency fees for tenants or landlord commissions to landlords. We charge landlords a standard monthly fee (no matter the size or rental income of property) with no additional fees (i.e. for inventories or renewals). Tenants are only charged a small fee if the landord requests a credit check, which goes directly to the credit checking agency (currently £18+VAT/applicant). We provide a quality service with the best possible value for money.
