Our original smooth aged award winning scotch bonnet hot sauce. We make Ooft! from finest quality Caribbean scotch bonnet peppers from Dominican Republic in our Scottish artisan workshop, and age very slowly for at least a year and often 2 years or more. Ooft! is the only hot sauce made in the UK that's aged like fine wine in vats for between 1 and 3 years. Ooft! is the only hot sauce in the world with umami from our aged daikon radish. Look on other hot sauce bottles and you will see ingredients such as guar gum, lecithin, colourings and other chemicals. The ageing process eliminates the need for chemical additives by allowing taste to develop and harmonise. Ooft! is a pure product that is best in class.
