03rd May 2011 Mr & Mrs Tovey Burwash East Sussex Dear Mark We would both like to put on record how impressed we were with the service provided by you and your team at DPK. In terms of the patience and advise at the planning stage both in the office and in our house. The knowledge of the team was paramount in the decisions we made re fittings, appliances etc. And as a result the fit went extremely smoothly. Once we had made our decisions and worked with our own fitters, the order process was soon completed and importantly the goods arrived when stated and any issues ( all minor) were quickly and professionally resolved. We would, and will, recommend DPK to our friends etc. Keep up the good work and thank you. Kind regards Peter and Valerie Tovey
