Whitley Bay Development Trust is led by Whitley Bay people, with the aim to increase prosperity in our town. Our sole focus is on the regeneration of the town, in the interests of the people who live and work here. We are working to acquire empty and disused buildings in the town, and bring them back to life. We are about helping people to set up business in our town, and ensure that they get the assistance and support they need to flourish. We want to see more jobs and apprenticeships created in the town, and will work in partnership with other organisations to achieve this
