I offer general counselling and have expertise in the following areas: Addiction (especially alcohol) including 12 step program work Bereavement and other types of loss (affairs, separation, divorce) Terminal illness (working with the diagnosed and carers) Relationship issues (family, work, friends, personal or co-dependency) Abuse / trauma Mental Health Issues (anxiety, fear, depression, low mood, anger) Disability (Autism, Aspergers, Pradar-Willi, etc.) Practicing mindfulness Work issues (assertiveness, stress, feeling dissatisfied) I offer the first consultation at a reduced fee of £20 so you can ascertain if I am the right counsellor for you. Thereafter 60 minute sessions are charged at £45 and 90 minutes £65. I look forward to hearing from you.
