I work with clients on a one to one basis for an hour at a time. Sessions are generally spaced out with a 2 week interval - though some clients prefer less time between sessions, I will cater for your individual needs.My priority it to support you in returning to full health by teaching you how to understand your symptoms, and respond appropriately until the body stops using symptoms as a way of trying to communicate with you.Reverse Therapy is on one level profoundly simple, but not always so easy to apply as our heads get in the way! I will take time to explain the process and help you to apply the technique.Email support is provided free of charge between our face to face sessions.
