"The Hour is Yours". The opportunity to give yourself an hour of valuable "Me" time with a mature and sensitive therapist/coach. I have been specialising in Life Coaching for five years, and have decided to also offer support to others is through alternative therapies. Reiki is a deeply relaxing experience which aids healing and encourages well being. Alternatively you can opt for a full body, back or facial Swedish massage You will gain so much more than just a massage, if you want to explore your life and belief system and help yourself to all the promise that life offers. On the other hand, if you want relief from tired aching muscles, back pain and stress, then just ask. At "The Hour is Yours" we are client led. Whole body massage never reveals your intimate areas, so there is no need to fear embarrassment. I can treat both sexes, but I do ask that men are accompanied by wife of girlfriend to keep everything professional. See you at the "Willow Room." ----
