Liquidation of Printing firm
In the third quarter of 2010 we advised a printing firm on its insolvency options.We worked with the directors to understand their goals achieve their objectives.  Placing the company into liquidation was the right solution for them, even though it had consequences for 29 employees.We were pleased at the end though when the directors were very happy with the outcome.
