Hi I'm John & would like to give you an insight into what we do. All jobs are on a labour only basis,so theres no upfront fees or deposits. We agree a price before any works are undertaken & also points where the client will make a part payment. All materials to be paid for directly from client to supplier. This has a dramatic effect on the price of the job because many small builders make money on the materials, we don't . All our work is carried out by bonefide tradesmen who we use on all jobs. You will never pay us money other than pre-agreed stage payments. We will be on the job from day1 untill the final handover.
