Evolution MMA is Mixed Martial Arts, Fully matted training area, viewing area for parents, large free car park. Evolution MMA Basic martial arts classes include Thai/KickBoxing, Kempo JuJitsu, Brazilian JiuJitsu. We also have classes in sparring, weapons, Xtreme tricks, & BJJ (Brazilian JiuJitsu). Tuesday & Friday open all year we only close for 2 weeks at Christmas Classes Lil'Dragons 3.5yrs to 5yrs Junior 6yrs to 12yrs Teen & Adult 13yrs & above Master Instructor Pete Guest is a 6th Dan Black Belt with over 28 years in the Martial Arts & has trained and graded to a high level in all the areas that he teaches. he has many titles from competition and now teaches full time passing these skills on to his students. Evolution MMA is for all ages, the Lil'Dragon & Junior classes are fun classes with games, races but every thing we do is based around the Martial Arts. The Junior Sparring classes are light contact with safty pads. The adult Sparring ranges from light contact to full contact plus MMA (depends on what you & your partner want) At Evolution MMA our students grade for a new belt every 3 months in what we call the Evo class, students can also grade in BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) but this is done on performance and assest under Combat Base UK. We do a Free trial, so if your looking for some where to train, loose weight, learn to look after your self, self defence, BJJ or MMA or competition come on down and have a go on us.
