Avards village bakery provide a personal service to thousands of customers from our own retail shops and we also supply numerous wholesale customers throughout Kent and East Sussex We purchase only the highest quality ingredients such as unbleached and untreated flour and our bakers follow traditional processes for production Our cakes, morning goods, scones and pastries are made daily at our main production bakery at Lamberhurst We also produce a large range of filled rolls, savoury products, pizzas, quiches, and novelty and seasonal products We insist on only the finest ingredients available and use a minimum of adulteration and processing
