Ladies Kickboxing Keep Fit Age 16 + (Part of Maghull Kickboxing and Martial Arts Academy) formed in 1997 Ladies Kickboxing Keep Fit classes use all the techniques from Kickboxing / Boxing and Thai Boxing to energy filled music (but without the contact) We will give you everything you want in one class – Kickboxing exercise (know as the most beneficial ever for toning and cardio workouts) we will encourage you to push yourself that little it further (in a nice way) or if you’re a real fitness energy filled woman (we will push and push you to the peak of physical fitness and development) We have everything you want in one class. You will be tone and condition your body beyond belief. You can either train at your own pace or let us push you beyond belief. The choice is yours!!!! Within a matter of weeks you will see a new you. You will have more energy; look younger and fitter like you never thought possible. All our classes are run in a friendly relaxed atmosphere with the emphasis on building confidence and not taking it away.
