As a birth doula, my role is to support you during your pregnancy, getting to know you and your partner and family, and throughout your labour and birth, giving practical and emotional support and information to help you to make conscious and informed decisions. In preparation we will discuss the physiology of the birth process and work through your thoughts and feelings for different scenarios helping you to look forward to your birth with positivity and confidence. Whilst the dust is settling and you're beginning your new life with your new baby; I'll be there to help. From simple chores to breast feeding technique and everything in between. Even if you just want a chat I'll be there to listen. I run BabyCalm (TM) Classes and Workshops, BabyCalm (TM) helps new parents understand how to calm their baby's crying, avoid crying and aid restful sleep; turning crying babies and stressed parents into calmer babies and happier parents.
