Pro-Servicing Ltd was created to fill a void, offering professional maintenance and servicing facilities to owners and users of operable walls, sliding/folding partitions and vinyl accordion concertina partitions.Why Service? The average cost of a movable wall is approximately £800 to £1,100 PER PANEL. Servicing will ensure product longevity, ensuring an increased return on your original investment. Mechanical breakdown of the running gear and the operable acoustic seals could result in a loss in revenue due to not being able sub-divide the room due to panels being stuck. The risk of unhappy clients and loss of repeat business due to sound leakage The Health and safety risk involved in the mechanical failure of the track or running gear. Each panel can weigh anywhere between 100 to 400Kgs, usually suspended from a top track. Our aim is to provide product sustainability, increasing the lifespan of your movable walls though regular servicing, not only giving you the potential to save thousands of pounds but reducing the risk of replacement.Our flexible approach means we can offer a preventative service package to suit your needs, typically at twelve or eighteen month intervals, or on an ad-hoc or emergency basis.
