I specialise in providing caring and nurturing Reflexology treatments that will support you on your healing journey. This is a powerful yet relaxing and gentle therapy that may be used to treat a wide range of physical and emotional conditions such as digestive problems, migraines, high blood pressure and hormonal imbalances. After the initial confidential free consultation, all that is required is for you to get comfortable on the treatment couch so I can work on your feet. After the treatment, I will discuss what I have discovered and quite often recommend some life style adjustments to complement your treatment. It is usually advisable to have a course of 6 treatments to start shifting conditions, especially if these are longstanding. I also offer a wonderful Natural Lift Facial massage which although therapeutic in nature, has a much desired 'side effect' of toning the complexion and providing a lifting effect. Other benefits include soothing headaches, tension and sinus problems. I bring over 20 years experience to your treatments and very much look forward to working with you! Treatments are available from two clinics, Halstead and Braintree. Home visits, parties, and work place treatments can also be arranged.
