We take away the hassle of dealing with colleges and all the paperwork that goes with drawing down funding. Instead we provide straight forward, uncomplicated top rate training, that works to your timescales and your business needs. How does it work? The National Minimum Wage for apprentices is £2.60 per hour. Many employers prefer to pay more however, and research shows that the average salary is approximately £170 per week. If you take on 16-18 year old apprentices then you only pay their salary. The Government will fund their training with The Tess Group. If you, by chance, have already hired people aged below 19 then we can put them through apprenticeships on the same terms described above. What does The Tess Group Provide? For Your Growing Business Needs The Tess Group also offer; NVQs and QCFs fully funded work placed learning qualifications. Assessing Vocational Achievement (A1) Assessor Course. Internal Quality Assurance (V1) Verifier Course. This is a new suite of qualifications that has been developed to support the new Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) which replace the A1 Assessor award and related qualifications (A2 vocational assessor course). We offer this qualification at a rate that will act as an investment opportunity for your future career.
