I am currently editing and co-ordinating the publication of a superb, state of the art Nepalese Cook Book to publish before Christmas. Written by ex-Gurkha chef Pemba Lama the book contains the best of the fusion cuisine of Nepal, taking something from Indian, Chinese and Tibetan cooking as well as their own special ingredients! The book has a 'UK twist' in the tail, introducing local Kent chef Nicci Gurr's recipes using Nepalese tea and homegrown chillies!
