National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ)NVQs are based on national standards; these standards state what a competent person in role should be expected to do. As the learner progresses through the programme, their skills and knowledge are compared to these standards, highlighting areas for development.Learners are assessed over several months using various methods including: observation, discussion, project work and workplace documentation.Think Tall delivers these accredited qualifications in partnership with West Kent College and funding is still funding available (criteria apply).
