Lightingworks is the net-based retail trading arm of Albioncourt Limited, whose head office is at The Idea Works in Gillingham, Dorset. Albioncourt Limited was formed in 1993 as a lighting goods manufacturer. In the early years many of the designs had a distinctly oriental feel, defined by the overall shape and with use of oriental handmade papers. Designs soon took on a 1960's Retro look with the introduction of Tube & Drum shapes. These are still very much at the core of our ranges.
