Covering North Yorkshire, Co Durham and Northumberland we are specialist Hog Roasters. We concentrate on private hire for "special events" such as Weddings, Birthdays and Product launches. We tailor our events to the clients instructions and discuss what each client wants from their event and then come up with menu. As well as the Classic Hog Roast, we supply BBQs, Hot Roast Lunches and of course if Pork isnt required we will Roast a Lamb, Beef Chickens or Turkey, the choose is the clients. We offer our clients freshly made Salads and Potatoes with their Hog Roast and have suggestions that may suit each event, for example a Home made Coleslaw with a Mixed Salad and a Feta Cheese, Tomato Salad compliment the Pork Bun wonderfully and served with Warm Buttered New Potatoes will ensure all the guests are satisfied and happy. If our clients wants a Pulled Pork experience then we supply this also. It will need to be served from joints in order to get the delicious flavour and texture necessary, we recommend that this meat is served with a Coleslaw made with Chilli and Lime added for an authentic Southern American experience
