Yates and Payne construction have been established for over 5 years now, we have done countless contacts with schools, charities, hospices and general home construction works. The company is run by Conrad Yates and Steven Payne who have known each other for over 25 years. They are good friends and both have honed skills and incredible talents, and realised it would be almost silly to not build a business together. The most recent project to be worked on the Archer Community Center in Braintree, that was transformed from a derelict building into a beautifully structured and carefully built community centre at the address of 32 East St, Braintree, Essex CM7. They have also constructed their own office, right next to the community center, as the business has flourished and seized the opportunity to have a place to showcase their brilliant work.
