CHASE hospice care for children touches the lives of around 300 families a year - sharing the difficult journey they must make and the challenges they face. Every day those families have to cope with the knowledge that their child has a limited time to live. That is why every day is so precious.For these families you cannot put off until tomorrow what you need to do today.That is why CHASE is there for them, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.Our community team members visit them at home and in their communities, where they need us most. Families are also welcome at our children's hospice, Christopher's, where they can spend some happy times together, creating important memories for tomorrow.CHASE offers a vital life line to these families at no cost to themselves but CHASE is faced with its own challenge - to ensure that these families are never let down. The vast majority of funding for CHASE must be raised through fundraising and general charitable donations.
