Inub was set up to enable home users to get the help and support they need. Inub specialises in purely remote support for end users so there are no expensive engineer call outs, excessive travel and additional stress for customers. A remote support session can be set up in minutes enabling an engineer to remotely view and control a users PC wherever they are in the world. The remote support process is safe and secure and the service employs industry leading software for the support sessions. Inub was established by Andrew Sturges, a computing graduate from the University of Greenwich. He holds a BEng Communications Systems and Software Engineering degree and is currently studying for his MCDST and MCP certifications.
