Cornish Smoakies We use only the freshest of products all of which are local except the salmon which comes from Shetland. All the Mackerel and Sardines are landed localy and are smoked the same day in a very traditional way we dont use kilns or food dyes or chemicals. The attention to detail has allowed us to create a range of products which are succulent and full of flavour - just as they should be - a wonderful taste of bygone days.
