Coco Chocolate is a fully independent chocolate kitchen, store and chocolate school in Edinburgh. All Coco Chocolate is fine “real” chocolate – 100% cocoa butter and natural orchid vanilla. We have an extensive organic selection. We hand temper most of our chocolate on marble and all chocolate is hand made. We specialise in organic bars, organic slabs, truffles, hot chocolate, organic creams, praline golf balls and liqueur cherries. The Coco bars come in a variety of organic infusions including Rose Black Pepper, Pink Peppercorn, Cocoa Nib, Earl Grey Tea Bergamot, Strawberry Green Pepper and Jasmine to name just a few. Our hot chocolate is renown and is made with hand flaked rich dark chocolate and Valrhona cocoa powder. Our range includes Plain, Cardamom Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lavender, Chilli, Rose Black Pepper, Black Pepper, Aztec blend (Chilli, Cinnamon and Vanilla Pod) and an Organic White hot chocolate with Lemongrass, Lavender and Vanilla. Our Art Series chocolate boxes are a must for every chocolate lover. The Coco Liqueur Cherries are presented in the “Madam Cherry” keepsake box. The Coco Creams are handmade with colourful individual design detail, filled with organic creams of strawberry, rose, violet, peppermint, orange and vanilla. These are packaged in our “Beauty” boxes. The Coco Praline golf balls are made with hazelnut praline blended in organic dark chocolate and covered in organic white chocolate with golf ball dimple detail. The 1920s themed box has scenery detail from the home of golf in Scotland. Finally, Coco Chocolate is a certified member of SOPA (The Scottish Organic Producers Association) and our chocolatiers, including myself, studied their craft at the famous Valrhona in France.
