The Bedlam Brewery was started by small group of likeminded individuals over a coffee and a casual chat in 2009 We want our beer to be a really approachable and drinkable pint and stand out from other cask conditioned ales first and foremost, so we've tried to brew for the great beer flavours we like and the best taste We don't rush our beer making and take pride in producing beer in the traditional way however long it takes Unhurried and straightforward approach to brewing and think that this helps our beer stand out from the crowd See our for festival news, and brew updates
