Parkstone Yacht Club regularly hosts World, National Championships and Open meetings for a variety of classes and is renown for Poole Week which, is held each year in August, offering a week's Open Regatta racing for classes of Dinghy, and Parkstone Regatta for Cruisers Parkstone Yacht Club was established in 1895 and is situated on the North shore of the second largest harbour in the world The Club employs a number of full time Staff to manage the site, including Yard staff to maintain rescue boats and offer a service to members, and in the Clubhouse we have a Restaurant & Bar facilities A Yacht Club and Marina, with an active sailing programme with over 2500 members, we enjoy the company of many visiting yachts and crews annually
